- جميع التذاكر المباعة عبر موقع نادي عمّان للكوميديا
غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال
بعد إتمام عملية الدفع. - في حال إلغاء العرض أو تغييره بشكل جوهري
(مثل تغيير المكان، التاريخ، أو الفنان المشارك)، يحق للعميل:- استرداد كامل قيمة التذكرة المدفوعة.
- أو استخدام التذكرة لحضور العرض في الموعد الجديد/الحدث البديل.
- يتم إرسال الإشعار بخصوص أي إلغاء أو تعديل عبر البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل أثناء
عملية الشراء، بالإضافة إلى القنوات الرسمية للنادي. - في حال الموافقة على الاسترجاع، تتم عملية رد المبلغ باستخدام
نفس وسيلة الدفع التي استُخدمت عند الشراء. قد يستغرق ظهور المبلغ
في الحساب البنكي الخاص بالعميل من 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل بحسب مزوّد
الخدمة/البنك.

Refund Policy
- All tickets purchased through the Amman Comedy Club website are
non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the payment is completed. - In case of cancellation or significant changes to the show
(such as venue, date, or performer changes), the customer has the right to:- Receive a full refund of the ticket price paid.
- Or use the ticket to attend the rescheduled show or replacement event.
- Notifications regarding any cancellation or changes will be sent to the email
address registered during the purchase, in addition to our official channels. - If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed using the
same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that the refund may take 7 to 14 business days
to appear in the customer’s bank account, depending on the bank or service provider.
