باستخدامكم لهذا الموقع أو بشراء أي تذكرة من خلاله، فإنكم توافقون على الشروط التالية:
1. استخدام الموقع
- يُسمح باستخدام الموقع فقط للأغراض الشخصية والقانونية المتعلقة بشراء التذاكر أو الاطلاع على فعالياتنا.
- يُمنع إعادة بيع التذاكر المشتراة عبر الموقع لأي طرف ثالث.
2. شراء التذاكر والدفع
- جميع الأسعار معروضة بوضوح وتشمل الضرائب المطبقة.
- التذكرة تعتبر مؤكدة بعد إتمام عملية الدفع بنجاح واستلام بريد إلكتروني يحتوي على تفاصيل الطلب ورمز الـ QR.
3. سياسة الاسترجاع والإلغاء والتسليم
سياسة الاسترجاع، الإلغاء، والتسليم مذكورة بشكل مفصّل في الصفحات الخاصة بها على الموقع:
يُرجى الاطلاع عليها قبل إتمام عملية الشراء.
4. حقوق ومسؤوليات
- يحتفظ نادي عمّان للكوميديا بحق تعديل أو إلغاء أي عرض عند الضرورة.
- لا يتحمل النادي مسؤولية فقدان أو إساءة استخدام التذكرة بعد إرسالها إلى البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بالعميل.
- يلتزم العميل بالامتثال لأنظمة وتعليمات مكان العرض (مثل العمر المسموح، منع التصوير، إلخ).
5. حماية البيانات والخصوصية
عند شراء التذكرة، نقوم بجمع بيانات شخصية (مثل الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الهاتف) بهدف معالجة الطلب فقط.

6. القانون المطبق
تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية.
في حال وجود أي نزاع، تكون المحاكم الأردنية هي الجهة المختصة.

When purchasing a ticket, we collect personal information (such as name, email, and phone number) for the purpose of processing the order only.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
